Sezil Durmuş

Sezil Durmuş is an attorney at law, mediator and conflict coach. She started her legal practice in the field of contracts and negotiation, then extended her practices with contract management. She focuses her legal practice on commercial law; mainly on corporate law. She met and embraced mediation while pursuing her interest in negotiation and she continues her practices as a mediator on variety of conflicts. Her interest on conflict interactions brought conflict coaching as a profession in her life. Conflict management in workplaces is her focus of interest and also subject of her book named “Conflict Management System”. Her passion towards education welcomed her as a lasting student in every subject related to conflict interaction and as a trainer among few of them.
