Pınar Aydemir Basaran
Pınar Aydemir Basaran is a certified Executive Leadership Coach, Mentor and Trainer. She is a mediator and a former lawyer. She has 27 years of professional experience in executive positions, as a partner in law firms in Istanbul and as a coach and trainer running her own business. Breakdown of 27 years includes, 3.5 years of government service at the Ministry of Industry and Trade; 16.5 years of legal practice and 7 years of coaching and training practice. She concentrates on leadership and conflict management coaching.
Pınar has graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Law. During her legal practice she adviced and represented many local and multinational clients mainly in commercial law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts law and competition law.
Following a successful carrier as a lawyer and law firm partner in two prominent law firms in Istanbul she decided to carry her experience, wisdom, and passion to serve human beings on another platform through coaching, mentoring and training. Therefore, first she became an ICF certified coach and earned several other coaching expertise including Global Coach Group’s certified leadership coach, certified in The Neuroscience of Change, certified NLP Practitioner and certified Limbic Coaching Technique Master. She moved to USA at the end of 2018 due to marriage and still keeps working with her coachees in Turkey.
She gets fueled by working with people for their excellence. She is a firm believer that living a fulfilled life is based on living with values and vision. She has a passion to make the world a better place through coaching, training and facilitating conflicts in people’s personal and professional lives with a holistic approach. Through coaching and mentoring she has facilitated many positive changes, improvements and transitions in the lifes of her clients. Her executive clients hold management positions in various industries including banking, legal, retail and logistics sectors.
