Dr. Evrim Erişir
He graduated from Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law. He obtained his master's and doctoral degrees from Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law. During his doctorate, he conducted academic research at the Faculty of Law at the University of Gießen as a fellow of the German Academic Exchange Agency (DAAD).
His master's thesis "Capacity to sue and be sued in Civil Procedure Law" was published by Güncel Publishing in 2007, and his doctoral thesis "Basics of Temporary Legal Protection and Types of Injunctive Reliefs" was published by Oniki Levha Publishing in 2013. He worked as a research assistant and lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law.
Since 2014, he has been working at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law. His academic interests mainly focused on temporary legal protection, consumer dispute resolution, and guarantor-related execution proceedings.
