Fulya Görer

Fulya Görer, who completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2015, has been working at Balcioglu Selcuk Ardiyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK) since then, currently serving as a Senior Associate.

Highly experienced in international trade and arbitration, Görer focuses on various sectors including manufacturing, retail, communications, technology, media and entertainment, and transportation, among others, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, corporate governance, and arbitration. In mergers and acquisitions, she has coordinated and participated in due diligence processes on both the buyer and seller sides; participated in the preparation and negotiation of necessary documents for these transactions, and provided support and assistance in post-closing integration matters. In corporate law and corporate governance matters, she provides advice on corporate governance processes, including the preparation of corporate governance documents, and oversees and manages daily corporate matters, including the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts.

In arbitration, she works for both claimant and respondent parties in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. She prepares submissions and represents parties throughout the arbitration proceedings.
