As a Partner at Balcioglu Selcuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK), Doğan Eymirlioğlu specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, insurance, commercial contracts, and franchising. He provides consultancy services to Turkish and multinational companies in sectors such as energy, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment, private equity, insurance, and consumer products. His expertise includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, direct foreign investments, regulatory and corporate compliance, and project finance agreements.

Integral to his profession, Doğan is involved in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements for share or asset purchase, shareholder agreements, insurance policies, franchising, and management contracts. He has provided consultancy to bidders on major public tenders organized by Turkish authorities, ranging from stadium constructions to large infrastructure and PPP projects, and sales of distressed groups seized by the government.
